Abstract The statement on international politics in the “Manifesto of Communist Party” is an important clue to understand the development and evolution of international relations. The main idea is manifested in the basic understanding of world communication and state nature, the accurate analysis of the class relations and the force behind international social changes, as well as the innovative construction of the radical theories of international relations. Karl Marx, with his unique dialectical thinking and methodology, and his class position and values, provides the theoretical basis and practical guidance for building a new pattern of global governance, shaping a community of shared future and exploring the ethical order of the international political practice.
