Abstract The PO fit between individual compensation preferences and characteristics of organizational compensation system positively influences pay satisfaction. The general PO fit, especially distributive rule fit, pay level fit and pay structure fit, positively influences the pay satisfaction, and enough attention should be paid to individual difference, PO fit etc.
