Abstract:With the growth of economy and the upgrade of industrial structure, high-tech industries have become a strategically leading industry in the national economy, and become the strategic focus of the economic and social development of all countries and regions. During 2004—2010, the high-tech industries acted as the prop industry and enjoyed competitive edge in Jiangsu, whose high-tech industries led those nationwide because of their structure, competitiveness and potential.
