Abstract： Since the 3rd Plenum of the 11th CPC Central Committee, the CPC’s exploration of industrialization strategies fell into three phases and produced its industrialization theories and policies with Chinese characteristics. These theories and policies guided China to make great progress in its industry, and coordinated the development between its industrialization and social progress, and that between the cities and the rural areas.
