Economic financialization is a key to understanding the changes of American economic, social and political structure since the neoliberalism, as well as the root of the shift to conservative policy in America. The U.S. economic financialization began with the deterioration of the conditions for the accumulation of industrial capital in the country. By turning the economy from real to virtual, the United States reestablished the dual cycle of trade and finance with the world. Although this structure has stabilized the economy of the United States and the world for a period of time, with the accumulation of class contradictions in the United States, the decline of the debt economic model, the weakening of the governments ability to coordinate contradictions, and the loss of global leadership, the United States will be faced the possibility of a comprehensive crisis. Under the pressure of the comprehensive crisis, it will show more financial predatory and hegemonic compulsion, which is the biggest variable in the future of the world economy and politics.
