As a system or an organic whole, natural science not only connects, influences, affects and coordinates each other of its interior elements, but also matches, affects and coordinates each other with the outer surroundings and constitutes a whole social system. This illustrates that scientific innovation or development is a systematic engineering and its core element is the cultural gene or philosophical thought.
