Abstract Cancer is the second leading cause of mortality worldwide, and a quarter of global cancerrelated deaths occur in China. At present, cardiovascular disease has emerged as the second most common cause of death among cancer survivors subsequent to cancer recurrence and metastasis. Accurate prediction and early diagnosis of potential cardiovascular toxicity during cancer treatment could not only optimize patients clinical outcomes but also could alleviate the burden on the healthcare system. This article provides a comprehensive overview of recent research pertaining to predicting and early diagnosing cancer therapyrelated cardiovascular toxicity, offering valuable insights into identifying highrisk patients.
