Abstract According to the “Guideline on the assessment and management of cardiovascular risk in China” “Expert consensus on screening and management of cardiovascular risk factors in Chinese physical examination population” and other instructive documents, this paper reviews the status and prospect of the application of artificial intelligence in the early screening of cardiovascular diseases, from aspects of screening and assessment stratification of cardiovascular risk factors, early screening of the populations with low, medium and highrisk of cardiovascular diseases, and the selfexamination of general population.
