The value and application of unipolar electrogram in the mapping of arrhythmias |
|
|
Abstract Unipolar mapping is a welldeveloped technique and the recorded unipolar electrogram can accurately show local myocardial electrical activity with its special morphological characteristics. Unipolar electrogram plays a guiding role in the mapping and ablating on various tachyarrhythmias including supraventricular tachycardia, atrial arrhythmia and ventricular arrhythmia. It could become an important supplement of other mapping methods. This paper reviews the mechanism of unipolar electrogram and its clinical application.
