Abstract Sine the outbreak of corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19), mobile cabin hospital has been playing an important role in the rapid control of COVID-19 pandemic. However, due to its medical configuration characteris-tics, it is challenging to rapidly identify and treat acute cardiovascular diseases. ECG examination is the only auxili-ary means to quickly deal with these diseases. Therefore, how to use the electrocardiograph effectively is vital to
diagnose and treat acute cardiovascular diseases rapidly in a mobile cabin hospital. Based on the clinical practice in the Shanghai mobile cabin hospital, this paper suggests an ECG examination as soon as possible for the patients with suspected acute cardiovascular diseases in mobile cabin hospitals before making preliminary judgment, and formulates a corresponding operating process.
