Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the diagnostic value of fragmented QRS wave on electrocardiogram(ECG) combined with T loop changes on vectorcardiogram(VCG) on coronary heart disease(CHD). MethodsThree hundred suspected CHD patients were randomly selected in the Department of Cardiology of our hospital from June 2015 to January 2018. They were divided into CHD group(190 cases) and nonCHD group(110 cases) according to coronary CT examination results. All the research objects underwent resting ECG and VCG examination. The diagnostic rates of abnormality of T loop and fragmented QRS wave for CHD were analyzed. ResultsThe change of rate T loop in the CHD patients with typical symptoms was significantly higher than that in those without obvious symptom (8095% vs. 4941%)with statistically significant difference (P<005). The sensitivity of fragmented QRS wave and changes of T loop was separately 6947% and 6684% in the diagnosis of CHD while the diagnostic rate was separately 6933% and 6400%; the sensitivity and accuracy rate of the joint diagnosis could reach 7818% and 8500%, respectively. ROC curve showed that the areas under the curve of fragmented QRS wave, changes of T loop on VCG and the joint diagnosis were 0.704, 0.665 and 0.795, respectively. The diagnostic rate of the joint diagnosis was relatively high. ConclusionFragmented QRS wave and changes of T loop on VCG prove to be valuable in the diagnosis of CHD. The sensitivity and diagnostic rate of the joint diagnosis is higher. It is effective in diagnosing CHD and myocardial ischemia, and thus is worthy of being widely applied in clinic.
