The ECG manifestation, location and ablation of premature ventricular contraction and nonpersistent ventricular tachycardia |
|
|
Abstract Premature ventricular contraction(PVC) is one of the most commonly seen arrhythmias in clinical practice. Radiofrequency ablation of PVC proves to be very effective and the incidence of complications is lower than 1%. However, it is still controversial about its indicatio. The success rate of ablation and the origin site of PVC is highly correlated. Whether preoperatively or intraoperatively, standard 12lead ECG both helps to accurately locate the origin site of PVC, and thus contributes to determine the treatment strategies and operation path.
