Research progress of the pathogenesis of tachycardiainduced cardiomyopathy |
|
|
Abstract Arrhythmic cardiomyopathy is common in clinical practice, but it is easy to be misdiagnosed and mistreated. Because of the extremely similar clinical manifestations, it is difficult to make differential diagnosis between this kind of cardiomyopathy and dilated cardiomyopathy. The pathogenesis of arrhythmic cardiomyopathy is related to hemodynamic change, oxidative stress, abnormality of myocardial metabolic energy and so on. This paper illustrates the pathogenesis of tachycardiainduced cardiomyopathy in order to improve clinicians’ understanding of the disease.
