ECG changes related to “A PACE ON PVC” function of dualchamber pacemaker |
|
|
Abstract By the function of “PVC OPTIONS”, dualchamber pacemaker responds to premature ventricular contraction. This function is set in two response modes: “+PVARP ON PVC” and “A PACE ON PVC”. Generally, the default setting is opening both of the two functions simultaneously in a pacemaker with this special function. The function of “A PACE ON PVC” is characterized by prior atrial pacing, which may be misdiagnosed as pacing dysfunction. This paper focuses on the ECG changes related to this function.
