冠心病与睡眠呼吸障碍关系的研究进展

Abstract Coronary artery disease (CAD) is one of the most frequent cardiovascular diseases,in addition to management of traditional CAD risk factors,there are continued efforts to evaluate other factors and comorbidities that might contribute to the diagnosis and therapy of CAD. In this article,we try to illuminate the relationship between CAD and sleepdisordered breathing(SDB). Through analyzing from the mechanisms,complications and early stage of myocardia infarction,we can make a conclusion that SDB is a risk factor for CAD and has an important effect on the therapy and prognosis of CAD.
