Abstract：Electrocardiogram(ECG) has a history of more than one hundred years for clinical application, which makes great contribution to the health of human beings. In view of its important role in the area of medicine, the development quality of electrocardiology as a subject requires to be controlled. At present, Xiamen is engaged in building a quality control system of regional remote electrocardiology major, a systematic engineering which aims to gradually cover the whole area with a combination of regional toplevel ECG diagnostic ability and systematic and normalized quality control pattern of electrocardiology major. The key of system engineering is quality control. The main body of quality control is the ECG diagnosis center in regional general hospitals of the first grade. The objects of quality control are mainly community health service centers and primary medical institutions. The method of quality control is the realtime network information platform.
