Abstract：With the growing popularity of ECG network and remote ECG technology, ECG collection personnel is separated from ECG diagnostic physicians. Misconnection of limb leads is not uncommon in clinical practice. The situation gets worse due to inadequate capability and careless omission of ECG collection personnel at work. In this paper, the ECGs of a 37yearold healthy male in 24 kinds of connection ways of limb leads are taken as practical examples. By analyzing the ECG changes based on Einthoven triangle principle, the ECG characteristics under the condition of misconnected limb leads are summarized, which are provided as references for ECG diagnostic physicians.
