Abstract：With the increasing incidence of cardiovascular diseases year by year, ECG examination plays a more and more important role in the screening and diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases. This paper introduces that in the telemedicine service mode of medical association, superior medical institutions provide remote ECG diagnosis services to basic hospitals with network and information technologies. It analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of three types of remote ECG diagnosis frameworks including hierarchical type, central radiation type and fusion type, and also discussed possible problems of remote ECG diagnosis in actual operation and the solutions. The application of remote ECG diagnosis is bound to promote the sharing of high quality resources of regional institutions in medical association and facilitate regional patients to enjoy homogenized ECG monitoring and diagnosis services in medical institutions of different levels.
