Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical significance of the fetal electrocardiogram QRS prolongation. Methods A total of 169 pregnancies with QRS prolongation and 897 normal pregnant women were all examined by fetal electrocardiogram, and the results were compared; meanwhile, the former results were also compared with NST. Results There were significant differences in the incidence of fetal intrauterine hypoxia between 169 pregnant woman with QRS prolongation and 897 pregnant woman with normal fetal electrocardiogram(P<0.01). ConclusionWhen QRS duration was prolongated, the incidence of fetal intrauterine hypoxia was high. Compared with NST, the fetal electrocardiogram was with higher sensitivity and accuracy.
