Standardized construction experience of remote ECG network

Abstract:With the ice-breaking of national telemedicine policy and consolidation of “the Internet plus technology”, especially China’s strengthened public health construction in the post epidemic era, medical institutions all over the country are actively exploring the construction of remote ECG network and its evaluation standard system, so as to realize the combination of medical treatment and prevention related to cardiovascular diseases. Standardized construction of remote ECG network includes standardized construction of structures such as management module, team module and technical module from the perspectives of government; it also requires for strengthening the element construction of operation, training and teaching, consultation and referral mechanism, and green channel. Only in this way can we make multibenefits based on adhering to public welfare, and take the roles of underlying support system and pivot for clinical practice and public health services. This paper simultaneously analyzes the importance of operational manager and organizational system of remote ECG network diagnosis center for its standardized construction. It emphasizes an elevation from the “product plus technology” level to the “application plus service” level.
