Abstract The system designed is able to control irrigation with intelligence according to environment’s change. This system consists of three parts: collecting PC, server center and custom PC. We develop software control flat by groupware and Visual BASIC. On the basis of analysis of large amount of irrigation material, remote control irrigation is realized through GPRS network and Fuzzy theory. This system has been running reliably and stably for one year in one city of Jingsu province, the effect of water saving is quite evident. Irrigation districts have been intelligentized and the configuration of water resources has also been optimized.
