Water distribution uniformity of micro spray belt in different growth stages of wheat

Abstract:In the experiment, the common mechanical perforated Ф32 micro spray belt was taken as the research object. By adjusting the working pressure of the micro spray belt, the change rule of water distribution uniformity coefficient in different growth periods of spring wheat under two kinds of length micro spray belts(20 m and 40 m)was studied. Through the analysis of water distribution uniformity coefficient under the shelter of different height spring wheat, the water distribution uniformity of the micro spray belt in the field experiment was explored. The results show that crop shelter can reduce the uniformity of water distribution in the micro spray belt, change the spatial distribution characteristics of water, and different crop height the intercept different amounts of water. By changing the working pressure, the spray angle can be changed, so as to reduce the influence of crop shelter on the water distribution of the micro spray belt. Under the experimental setting conditions of this paper, the best working pressure range under two laying lengths is 40-45 kPa. In order to ensure better irrigation uniformity, the limit laying length of the applied pressure strip and the micro spray strip should be set reasonably.
