Quality Management in Regular Undergraduate Institutions:In the Perspective of Teacher and Student Management Rights |

Abstract Analyze from the perspective of teacher and student management, it could be found that nowadays, the scope of teacher and student management rights in our country is so indistinct that teachers and students have difficulties in playing their roles fully in management; the administration in colleges and universities has been serious with the result that teachers and students are little concerned with their possession of the management rights; the jointforce of management has not been formed among school administrators, teachers and students on account of the lack of synergy mechanism. Therefore, the government should endow the teachers and students with management rights in the form of legislation and supervise and protect their rights with administrative means. In addition, it is responsible for colleges and universities to encourage teachers and students to start teaching management confidently for manifesting the idea of teacherstudentcenter; to make them operate the teaching management voluntarily for everyone to fully utilize their skills; to let them participate in the teaching management consciously for showing the advantage of system.
