Abstract:University teachers’ academic “inbreeding” not only harms the school, but also the teachers themselves and the students. The appearance and continuation of this social phenomenon has both historical and practical reasons. However, cultural management plays an important role in preventing academic “inbreeding” in that it can guide teachers values, protect their rights and also provide humanistic care for them.
