Abstract: Collaborative innovation of universities is faced with the conflicts among members and branches and the potential conflicts of their pursuit of diversified rewards. When conflicts happen, it seems that not only negative effects but also positive effects will turn up. By facing up to the functions of conflicts, the organizations of collaborative innovation can adjust their internal mechanism to achieve greatest efficacy.
