Abstract:In order to adapt to the new engineering education certification system, it is imperative for university teachers to improve teaching innovation ability. At the same time, along with the further development of engineering education certification system, the requirements for the cultivation of innovative engineering talents are generally enhanced, which demands higher teaching innovation ability of engineering teachers in colleges and universities. In other words, a suitable way for promoting the development of Engineering talents could be founded by engineering teachers only through the changing of the teaching ideas in time and their constantly exploring in practice based on mastering the basic ideas and rules of the OBE education mode. Combining with previous research results, the paper will conduct a further research based on engineering education certification of teachers teaching innovation ability from three aspects, including the implementation background and content of engineering education certification, the problems in the process of engineering personnel training and the strategies for teachers to enhance teaching innovation ability.
