Abstract:Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of selfmade oxygendriven inhalation loop phase in general anesthesia tracheal extubation period. Methods: A total of 60 patients undergoing operation with tracheal intubation general anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.Selfmade oxygen driven inhalation was used in experimental group, while no oxygendriven inhalation was used in control group. The resistance tube rating and extubation time were recorded in two groups. Extubation complications, such as change of hemodynamics, throat discomfort, sore throat and hoarseness were recorded in all patients. Results: There were no difference in age, sex and weight between two groups(P>0.05).The resistance tube rating and extubation time in experimental group was significantly longer than that in control group(P<0.05).Compared with control group, hemodynamic changes were tiny and the complications of extubation such as throat discomfort, sore throat and hoarseness were obviously fewer in experimental group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The selfmade oxygen driven inhalation anesthesia circuit of tracheal extubation period is a relatively safe, effective method, and is worthy of clinical application.
