1 Promoting the Common Prosperity Research with the Modernization of Harmonious Coexistence between Man and Nature

The harmonious coexistence of human and nature is one of the important features of Chinesestyle modernization, the core idea of Xi Jinpings ecological civilization thought, and the scientific vision of the development route of human modernization and the development direction of new human civilization form. Common prosperity is a major value aim based on the common ideals of the people and the pursuit of common interests in the context and process of Chinesestyle modernization. It reflects the essential requirements of socialism with Chinese characteristics to insist on the centrality and interest of the common people. So to plan the economic and social development from the perspective of the harmonious coexistence between man and nature is to the point and instructive to promoting the modernization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature so as to strive for common prosperity in the new era.

22 The Platform Function of Farmer Cooperatives and Their Promotion to Small Farmers Common Prosperity#br# — A Case Study of the Dai Zhuang Village in Jurong, Jiangsu

Modern agricultural optimization of elements, raising efficiency and promoting industrial integration have become an effective measure to realize farmers common prosperity. However, Chinas current smallscale scattered running of farms is far from the requirements of modern agriculture. So we need to organize the small farmers to dock with modern agriculture. In the new era, the platform of farmer cooperatives, via such functions as element integration, product innovation and value realization, realizes the common prosperity of small farmers by increasing their trust in the cooperatives by means of exemplifying, by joint creation of values for agricultural products, by increasing the market and by wealth redistribution on the part of small farmers. In the process, the cooperatives helped small farmers dock with modern agriculture, and lead small farmers to common prosperity. Therefore, we should increase support for the construction of farmer cooperative platform, perfect their functional system, and raise small farmers modernized development capability. We should create a good environment to encourage the cooperatives to participate in joint innovation, and uproot the “weakness” of traditional agriculture. We should promote small farmers participation in the innovation of distribution system, assuring that their joining the cooperatives will have due returns.

Xi Jinpings Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era is an important outcome of the theoretical innovation of sinolizing Marxism. Its dialectical nature can be summarized from the following “seven unities”: the unity of history and time, the unity of theoretic inheritance, innovation and development, the unity of exploration and problemsolving in practice, the unity of systematic planning and specific guidelines, the unity of struggle spirit and responsibility shouldering, the unity of the Party interests and the peoples interests, and the unity of the Chinese value and Chinas contribution to the world. It is an important prerequisite and inevitable requirement for the correct understanding and grasping its rich connotation and true meaning of the thought to study its nature from the multidimensional perspective.

47 The Common Values of All Mankind: the Ideological Transcendence, Constructive Principles and Practical Paths to the Western Value System

The common value of all mankind is the value basis for building a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind, while the Western value system tries to end the world history in the capital hegemony system, obscuring the pursuit of truth and justice in building a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind. The common value of all mankind has realized the ideological transcendence of the falsehood, exploitation and hegemonism of the Western value system with the scientific theoretical characteristics, the ethical core of justice, and the practice orientation of peaceful development. The common values of all mankind have provided the basic principles for building the value foundation of a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind in the organic unity of adhering to the leading role of occupying the vantage point of truth and morality, resisting erroneous trends of thought and harmful values, and taking care of the overall development and destiny of mankind. To promote the practical transformation of the common values of all mankind, we need to actively participate in the reform and construction of the global governance system, build a new platform for international exchanges, strengthen international publicity and communication, and promote the foreign awareness and value recognition of the common values of all mankind.

59 On the International Soft Law in the “Belt and Road” Infrastructure Construction

The “Belt and Road” Initiative is one of the ways to realize the community of common destiny for all mankind, Under the background of the “Belt and Road” Initiative, infrastructural construction is full of opportunities and challenges. International soft laws are an alternative out of the systematic dilemma in infrastructural construction due to their own merits and the good results achieved in international practice. Through the analysis of the practice of soft laws in the international community and infrastructure construction, it is proposed that the soft laws in infrastructure construction should, while in line with the winwin principle of mutual benefit, be combined with the particularity of the field of infrastructure construction, that it is necessary to formulate soft laws that include more harmonization and coordination of technical standards, and give full play to the enthusiasm of enterprises in the formulation of soft laws, and that drawing from “management process model” and “Open Method of Coordination”, specific soft law systems be designed from three aspects of information sharing, benefit incentives and reputation incentives to ensure compliance with soft laws and the smooth progress of the “Belt and Road” infrastructural construction.

73 The Relationship between a Community with Shared Future for Mankind and Development of International Law of the Sea#br# — From the perspective of Establishing the BBNJ International Agreement

 The BBNJ International Agreement is the latest institutional development of international law of the sea. There is a realistic need to cohere international consensus with the concept of a “Community with Shared Future for Mankind” during the negotiation process of the agreement. This paper analyses the theoretical foundations of the concept of a “Community with Shared Future for Mankind” under the background of international law of the sea from three dimensions, that is, interests, values and responsibilities. It then analyses the institutional bases of the concept of a “Community with Shared Future for Mankind” in the BBNJ International Agreement from four core issues of the agreement: marine genetic resources including questions on benefitsharing, areabased management tools, environmental impact assessments, capacity building and marine technology transfer. After elaborating on the problems in the current marine legal system, the authors advocate that the international consensus should be reached through the concept of a “Community with Shared Future for Mankind” and the BBNJ International Agreement be established with the principle of Common Heritage of Mankind as the core of the agreement.

86 The Inhibiting Effect of Occupational Stigma on Craftsman Spirit: An Empirical Study from Workers in Manufacturing Industries

In this study, 380 survey data were collected from workers in manufacturing industries through questionnaires, and a moderated mediating effect model was constructed to explore the specific mechanism of occupational stigma on craftsman spirit. The results showed that occupational stigma had a significant negative effect on craftsmanship spirit, and occupational identity partly mediated the negative effect of occupational stigma on craftsmanship spirit. Family support and organizational support played a negative moderating role in the process of occupational stigma affecting occupational identity, and at the same time moderated the indirect impact of occupational stigma on workers craftsmanship spirit through occupational identity. This study reveals the influence mechanism of occupational stigma on the craftsmanship spirit of industrial workers, and enriches the research on the antecedents of craftsmanship spirit.

101 The Agglomeration Evolution of Advanced Labor Factor in the Hightech Manufacturing Industry#br# — Based on Differenceindifference Model of SARS Epidemic

This paper uses the “SARS” epidemic to build a quasiexperimental research framework. The main findings are as follows: First, the public emergency epidemic is beneficial for the advanced labor factor agglomeration, with an increase of about 34.20%; Second, results of quantile differenceindifference model show that, the severity of regional public emergency epidemic has a reverse U effect on the advanced labor factor agglomeration; Third, the classification test shows that after the public emergency epidemic, the advanced labor factor agglomeration in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and the electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry has increased by roughly 27.30% and 50.50% respectively. During and after the regular epidemic prevention and control of the COVID19 epidemic, the government should optimize the allocation of regional education resources and design appropriate talent policies to reasonably adjust the advanced labor factor agglomeration in hightech manufacturing industries, and accelerate the process of Chinese path to modernization.

As an important strategic measure for regional development, integrating the higher education into the “Belt and Road” system is conducive to accelerating its internationalization, thus realizing the qualityoriented development of higher education. Under the “Belt and Road” framework, raising the internalization level can only be achieved through insistence on quality rather quantity, through governmental Toplevel Design to assure of correctness and professionalization level, through systemic innovation that guarantees the universities say to mobilize their innovation spirits, through clustering effect of new mode of the “Belt and Road” university strategic alliance, and through outsiders rights in governance to improve the governance system and efficiency in the higher educational internationalization.
