Chinese Traditional Harmony Culture is the Spiritual Foundation for the Notion of a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind[J]. Journal of Jiangsu University(Social Science Edition), 2022,24(2): 1-9>')" href="#"> Geng Bujian, Zhang Yan
The harmony culture is an important core of excellent traditional Chinese culture, peace and development as well as an important value identification system for constructing harmonious social order and promoting friendly international exchanges formed by the Chinese nation in the process of longterm common life and internal and external interaction. The core connotation of this culture includes the natural view of “unity of heaven and man”, the value of “harmony but difference” and the governance view of “the whole world as a community”, and the wisdom of “friendly exchanges among nations”, “harmony generating vitality” and “great harmony in the world” embodied in the culture has laid a solid spiritual foundation for the idea of a community with a shared future for mankind. The Connotation and Methodology of Global Governance in a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind
The Connotation and Methodology of Global Governance in a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind[J]. Journal of Jiangsu University(Social Science Edition), 2022,24(2): 10-22>')" href="#"> Huang Chenchen
Global governance emerged along with the formation of world history. But the imperfect global governance system and the insufficient transformation of old and new kinetic energy in global governance gave rise to its crisis, which in turn provided a realistic basis for the governance plan of a community with a shared future for mankind. The idea of a community with a shared future for mankind has rich connotations of global governance. It advocates replacing the hegemonism of bullying with mutual respect, the law of the jungle with fairness and justice, the winnertakesall zerosum game with win-win cooperation, the clash of civilizations with the survival of the fittest with openness and inclusiveness, environmental damage with green development, and the hegemony of one country or the cogovernance of several parties with coconstruction and sharing. It scintillates with the “Chinese wisdom” of solving global governance problems and having a revolutionary impact on global governance.

Challenges and Countermeasures in Developing the Consciousness of the Chinese Nation Community
Challenges and Countermeasures in Developing the Consciousness of the Chinese Nation Community[J]. Journal of Jiangsu University(Social Science Edition), 2022,24(2): 33-43>')" href="#"> Kong Ting
Developing the consciousness of the Chinese national community is a must for the rejuvenation of Chinese nation and of realistic significance to maintaining national and ethnic union. However, it is faced with many problems and challenges, such as increasing conflicts involving ethnic factors, academic doubts on ethnic policies, challenges from domestic ethnic and regional separatist forces, and threats and challenges from outside China. The main causes of these problems and challenges are the narrow ethnic consciousness and its resulting split thought, the imperfect theoretical construction of the Chinese national community, the insufficient investment in the construction of the Chinese national community, and the influence of hostile western forces and multiculturalism. Therefore, we should take such countermeasures as upholding the leadership of the Party, constructing the theoretical system of the Chinese national community, deepening the publicity and education of ethnic unity and progress, accelerating the overall economic and social development of ethnic areas, and raising the level of the rule of law in work concerning minorities.

The present paper was based on the mixed crosssectional data of 1040 new professional farmers questionnaire surveys in Guangdong and Jiangxi provinces from 2019 to 2020, used the Ordinal Probit model and, on the basis of theoretical analysis, empirically tested the impact of nonagricultural employment experience and risk preference on new farmers adoption of production technology. The results show that the nonagricultural employment experience and risk preference had positively influence on the farmers adoption of production technology behavior. It is also found that nonagricultural employment experience had a heterogeneous effect on the farmers adoption of production technology, with working experience having a stronger promoting effect, for such experience strengthened their risk preference and in turn prompted them to adopt new technology. Therefore, it is necessary to take into full consideration the differentiated technical needs of new professional farmers with different nonagricultural employment experiences and risk preferences, provide targeted technical support, further improve the risk sharing mechanism of agricultural technology adoption, and give full play to the demonstration and leading role of largescale farmers in the adoption of production technology.

70 “MovieGame Convergence” and Community Aesthetics
Rao Shuguang, Lan Jianhua
In recent years, Chinas box office market has entered a period of steady growth. So it is urgent to innovate the producing thinking and expand the audience market through integration of different industries and absorption of external industry knowledge. In this context, the “convergence of movie and game”, which takes the creation of interactive movies, game adaptation movies and esports movies as the path, is endowed with high expectations. But at present, these paths have failed to yield the expected market and industry. Community aesthetics provides a theoretical method, transcends unidirectional thinking, and deeply understands the essential logic of game “interactivity” on the basis of respecting the differences between movie and game media. Emphasis should be placed on the “author” identity of players in the process of crossmedia adaptation. Only by breaking out of the “theme determinism” and completing the assembly of genre elements according to the aesthetic appeal and cultural voice seen and experienced from the players group, can the existing contradictions and discordance in the abovementioned paths of “movie and game convergence” be eliminated, and a winwin situation be achieved.

81 Community Narration of Crossstrait Migration Films in the New Century
Liu Yunzhou, Lin Yun
Crossstrait migration is one of the important movie themes to show the relationship between the mainland and Taiwan, for it combines individuals and their homes with national narratives and yields a series of movies that are large in number, long in duration and rich in narration. However, the past research was more concerned about Taiwan producers and works, and neglected those from mainland China. Since 2000, the mainland has created and photographed more new works with the theme under the new historical conditions, done the  community narration by means of homenation community, emotional community and cultural community and succeeded in building then an aesthetic community of audience and film. On the other hand, these films were also characterized by cliche plots, flawed narration, stilted emotional appeals, etc. Therefore, how to make the films resonate among on audience, especially the young, across the Strait so as to bring out the ultimate artistic value and social significance of crossstrait stories is still what crossstrait migration movies are faced with.

The Rising of the Yangtze River Economic Belt with the Construction of Central Cities and Urban Agglomerations
The Rising of the Yangtze River Economic Belt with the Construction of Central Cities and Urban Agglomerations[J]. Journal of Jiangsu University(Social Science Edition), 2022,24(2): 91-102>')" href="#"> Sun Jun1, Zou Linhua2
Based on the panel data of 108 cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2003 to 2019, the functional radiation range of the four major central cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is investigated. Its found that under the influence of producer services, the relationship between urban productivity and the distance to above cities presents a cubic “∽” curve, that is, with the distance getting further, the productivity has experienced the process of decline, rise and decline, but there are also great differences. Specifically, Shanghai radiation capacity can cover the whole Yangtze River Economic Belt in the whole time period and Chongqing began in 2005. Wuhan and Chengdu show a cubic “∽” curve relationship within their urban agglomerations respectively. The regression based on distance found that the radiation capacity led by producer services exceeded the radiation range measured only by distance, and the spatial distance was greatly compressed.

Research on Regulation of Excessive Profitseeking Behavior of Industrial and Commercial Capital in Rural Areas from the Perspective of Game Theory
Research on Regulation of Excessive Profitseeking Behavior of Industrial and Commercial Capital in Rural Areas from the Perspective of Game Theory[J]. Journal of Jiangsu University(Social Science Edition), 2022,24(2): 103-113>')" href="#"> Ma Guojian, Ding Juan, Lü Youqing
In order to regulate the excessive profitseeking behavior of industrial and commercial capital in rural areas, a tripartite evolutionary game model of local government, industrial and commercial capital and farmers was constructed to analyze the stabilizing conditions and influencing factors of the evolution of different behavioral strategies, and to clarify the mechanism of regulating the excessive profitseeking behavior. The results show that: local governments have found that there were critical values for the amount of punishment, support funds and distribution ratio of industrial and commercial capital violations, additional income and adjustment coefficient of illegal operation of industrial and commercial capital under the active participation of farmers, and greater or less than a critical value would change the direction of industrial and commercial capital behavior; the probability of violations of industrial and commercial capital and the longterm and shortterm income of farmers during government supervision do not change the evolution direction of industrial and commercial capital behavior; conditions could be generated for the system to evolve into an ideal state. For this purpose, the regulation measures are put forward, such as maintaining a higher amount of punishment for violations of industrial and commercial capital, setting up reasonable support funds and distribution ratio.

Legal Effects of Regional Administrative Agreements and Their Enhancement[J]. Journal of Jiangsu University(Social Science Edition), 2022,24(2): 114-124>')" href="#"> Ji Chenwei
As a popular mechanism of regional legal collaboration, regional administrative agreements strengthen the coordination among governmental behaviors to solve the crossregion public governance problems. But legal effects of regional administrative agreementsare are vague, which affecting the smooth implementation of the agreements and the stability of regional cooperation. So, we need to clarify the binding force regional administrative agreements have on the contracting parties and the administrative counterparts, the relationship between successive regional administrative agreements, the level of effects between the regional administrative agreements and the regulations within the jurisdiction of the contracting parties. To assure that the required effects of a regional administrative agreements be translated into the realistic effects, we should improve the external constraint mechanism, reduce uncertainty of regional administrative agreements with respect to legal basis, procedure of conclusion, text content, dispute resolution, etc.
