|
Abstract Male, 41 years old, persistent palpitation associated with tachycardia. ECG: sinus P wave disappeared and ventricular rate was 193 bpm; QRS complex was basically identical in the shape while its duration varies in the width. It indicated the shortest RR interval was 200 ms. Combining the sinus ECG recorded in later period with the characteristic of identical shape in the beginning part of QRS complex, it′s not difficult to diagnose the disease as WolffParkinsonWhite syndrome complicated with atrial fibrillation.
