Abstract The ambulatory electrocardiogram(AECG) was first invented in 1961 by an American Holter，which was introduced to China for clinical application in the late 1970s and greatly improved the level of clinical diagnosis of cardiovascular disease. The application of dynamic electrocardiogram plays an important role in current clinical diagnosis and monitoring, including evaluation of focal atrial fibrillation,detection of arrhythmia, monitoring of sleep apnea syndrome, as well as the monitoring of antiarrhythmic drugs . Therefore，it′s necessary to provide insight into the clinical applications and current situation of dynamic electrocardiogram.
