Abstract Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) have shown remarkable success in increasing tumor patients survival rates, but the increasing immunerelated adverse cardiovascular events seriously affect the treatment and prognosis of these patients. This review summarizes the latest research advances in the pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of ICIsrelated cardiomyopathy in order to provide references for both cardiologists and oncologists in clinical practice.
