Abstract Cardiac amyloidosis (CA) is a kind of relatively rare infiltrative cardiomyopathies with poor clinical prognosis, and it is difficult to be diagnosed at an early phase. Therefore, it is clinically significant to explore diagnostic methods for the early diagnosis and early treatment of CA. This paper introduces the electrophysiological mechanism and electrocardiographic features of CA, and the diagnostic value of electrocardiographic QRS scoring on CA, in order to improve its diagnostic rate at an early phase.
