Abstract:With the static water pressure, weights of piers and protecting slope, friction coefficient of pierfoundation on ground and base cohesion etc. as random variables, the analysis method of anti-sliding reliabilityand its equation in stable limit for steel radial gates are given. The anti-sliding reliability of a given steel radialgate is quantitatively analyzed, with the reliability guideline b = 4.1668, and the probability of invalidation Pfis 6.717Х10-5. It proves that this method is more scientific and reasonable, and with more practical meaning.
