改良组织块结合胶原酶消化法培养食管癌细胞

摘要目的: 探讨食管癌细胞体外分离培养方法,建立合理、高效的食管癌细胞原代培养模式。方法:应用改良的培养方法,即先将组织用机械法剪碎后再用胶原酶进行消化,对13例新鲜的食管癌组织进行体外培养,观察人食管癌细胞生长情况。结果: 改良方法培养的细胞生长率为61％,污染率为15％。结论:改良组织块结合胶原酶消化法成功建立了较为合理、高效的食管癌细胞原代培养模式。
