Abstract The study of Chinese American Literature worldwide focuses mainly on cultural identity, diasporic identity, images and Chinese elements, etc. But the new generation Chinese American writer Fae Myenne Ng distinguishes herself with her ecological consciousness and enriches the Chinese American Literature apart from describing the “Paper Son” in American history and the cultural differences, but also expresses her ecological consciousness, and thus enriches the themes of Chinese American Literature in her Bone and Steer Toward Rock. From the point of ccocriticism, Fae Myenne Ng emphasizes in her works her ecological view of spiritual and social harmony via her description of harmony between man and self, between man and man, and between man and society.
