Abstract：True complete left bundle branch block(t-CLBBB) is proposed as a new concept, which not only promoted the development of Electrocardiology, but also enriched the content of cardiac resynchronization therapy(CRT) in the treatment of heart failure. It furtherly became a new predictive factor of super-response to CRT for patients with chronic heart failure and t-CLBBB.
