Abstract:Flutter wave is often fused with QRS complex and ST-T segment in the occurrence of atrial flutter, which affects the accuracy of measured ECG interval and amplitude. Mathematical tools and thinking are particularly important in the integration of electrocardiographic waves and data. In this paper, Matlab is used to extract the coordinates of the target ECG, the original coordinate data are edited and modified based on the electrophysiological characteristics of atrial flutter, and then the processed coordinates are refitted as new ECG waves. The morphology of QRS complex and ST-T segment without superposing atrial flutter wave is attempted to be restored.
