1 Application of New Type Slurry Oil Pump in Catalyst Cracker Units of Refinery Factory

The new process of catalyst cracker, which deals with crude petroleum with more sulphur and larger density, requires a new catalyst pump to remain high efficiency. However its severe abrasion, erosion of the main parts that fluid flow through and coking action on its surface make the useful life shortened. A new type of pump aiming at solving the problems R&D. The peculiarity in structure, design method, the makeup and application of special metal material and some information about its use in Jiujiang River petrochemical oil-refine factory are introduced. The comparison of its running performance with former pump 250py-100 is also given.

4 Application of Wavelet Analysis to Early-Stage Cavitation Diagnosis for Centrifugal Pumps

Weak fault signals can be amplified and decomposed into different frequency domain by using wavelet analysis, and this analysis method is applied in the early-stage cavitations diagnosis of centrifugal pumps, which proves by test to be a feasible and effective way for detecting cavitations fault.

8 Numerical Simulation of Turbulent Flow Inside Impeller of Centrifugal Pump

In order to provide the theories for us to design and Investigate parameters of the pump’s three dimension flow field inside impeller centrifugal pump, This text establishes the turbulent flow model according to an internal turbulent flow flowing general equations inside pump and design parameters of the IB50-32-250 centrifugal pump’s impeller, It analyses the distribution of speed and pressure of flow field inside impeller of Centrifugal Pump and proceeded a number imitation based on ANSYS8.0, It concluded out some main characteristics and distribute regulations of flow field inside impeller centrifugal pump, It has very important consults value for studying the internal fluxion circumstance of fluid machine’s impeller.

11 Application and Selection Principle of Gearboxes in Pumping Stations

The applications statuses of gear drives in pumping stations with low head are analyzed, which put forward that different type of gearboxes can be used in pumping stations with different functions and scales. Finally referring to the abroad experience, the basic principles and selection method of gearbox for low -head pumping stations, including reliability, efficiency, economic and operation convenience are suggested.

23 Theory and Experimental Research of Fluidic Sprinkler

Present status of irrigation and a new kind of fluidic sprinkler including its principle and characteristics are introduced. Two structure forms of the fluidic sprinkler, gap-structure and water-saving -structure, and some problems happened in the experiment are also introduced. Based on tests and comparison, gap-structure is chosen as the structure of the new kind of fluidic sprinkler.

29 Application the Small Submerged Pump in Fountam

Small submerged pump increasingly apply to fountain, but the fountain require preferable pumps.The small submerged pump are widely applied to fountain for convenient and the low cost . But in the practice, applying the ordinary small submerged pump to fountain ,it had some problems. The author of this article proposed main point of design after he assaied characteristics of the fountain and common breakdown of the small submerged pump application on the fountain.

39 Numerical Computation of Bifurcation Pipe Flows

The flow in 90? bifurcation pipe are simulated by solving the Navier-Stokes numerical equation with finite element method, which using two ways to generate grids. The calculation results under Reynolds number 1,500 and 500,000 grids are presented, and the content flow structure in 90?bifurcation-pipe flows are given.

42 The Study of Online Measurement Method for Pump in Waterworks

The effective method of the online measurement for the pump’s capability curve in waterworks is set up. And the problem that the online measurement method can only measure the single work point but cannot obtain the capability curve is also solved. This paper provides an effective method to improve the pump efficiency and optimum parameter and online fault diagnosis of the pump. It also provides a reference for the development of online measurement of pump’s capability curve in other areas, and the engineer check of pumping station.

45 Study and Manufacture the Data Collection System of Mechanical Seal Test Bed

The basic theory of serial port communication technology is introduced; the hardware configuration and software design of a new leakage data collection system of mechanical seals of high performance is described as well. The mechanical seal leakage data can be collected, saved, and can be plotted with this system. After the results and some influencing factors being analyzed, the theoretical bases for the manufacture of this mechanical seal is given.
