According to practice on designing about axle seal structure used inIR model water cycle pump. Proper designing measure about the machine seal structureworked in the condition of 150℃ water is discussed. Advantages of assembledmechanical seal structure are stated. The practice confirm that the assembledsealer used for axle seal structure in boiler hot water cycle pump is feasible, andthis sealer can be widespread.

33 Study on the Index System for Assessing the Sustainable Utilization Water Resources

On the basis of analysis on the dialectical relations between thesustainable utilization of water resources and a regional sustainable development,after study on relative index system both in China and abroad, this paper presentsan index system and sets forth their assessment standards and compressive methods for assessing the sustainable utilization of water resources. The obviouscharacteristics of this index system are to protect the public healthiness, revealthe intent of sustainable development and integrate the status of urban waterresources development and statistics in China. The index system contains 6 categoriesincluding 32 indexes altogether. Both subjective and objective indexes are allincorporated into the index system。
