15 Research the Designing Method of Semi-opened Sewage Pump Impeller

According to the experimental study on varied blade numbers of semi-opened impeller, thispaper researches the designing method of semi-opened impeller, introduces the experience formula and theexperience parameters during the procedure of designing impeller. The effect of the blade numbers and theblade edge clearances on the pump performance are studied in detail and some problems met in the procedureare discussed.

The operation principle of 40ZCB-16 type non-leakage self-suction magnetic chemical pumpas well as its outer-mixed type structural and hydraulic designing methods is put forward in this paper. Thetest results for this pump show that the designing process of this way is reasonable, reliable and has moreadvantage features.

The problems of pump cover and pump flat act drilling multi-holes are all problems of drillingoptimal path, the moving path is gained by x and y coordinate of hole position and obvious it is not the best wayto be get from automatic code soft. Mathematics model of the optimal path is built in this paper and got a batterresult in solving for drilling multi-holes by hybrid genetic algorithms.

The mathematics model is established for pumping station optimizations and the encoding,decoding and energy expressions considering restriction are also provided. The results of simulationexample show SA Algorithm is efficient in optimization for hybrid of discrete and continuousvariables.

A parallel connection system of pump units pipeline system and working principle are presented.The working logic relation of each section has been analyzed with the changing of outer water supply. Some questionscan be solved by this system, for example, pumps racing when the pressure of inlet is negative, pumps erodingwhen the rotating parts was stationary if the pressure of inlet is positive.

38 A kind of Switched Reluctance Motor Drive System for Pump

A digital current control technique of a Switched Reluctance Motor(SRM)is introduced.The hardware and software for Switched Reluctance Motor is designed by a digital signal processor (DSP)TMS320F240 . It has been proved by experiments that the system performs a satisfactory character in speedregulation and the controlling behavior. Constant torque and high speed running are realized by using SRM tothe pump speed-controlling system. The efficiency of pump is further improved.
