11 Developing CAPP Application Software of Centrifugal Pump

This paper introduces designing methods, structure and function of CAPP software system of centrifugal pump elaborately. Synthetical pattern of CAPP is adopted by integrating Varaint CAPP and Generative CAPP. Processing character is parametrized utilizing Object Oriented technique. Mircrosoft Access is adopted to constitute database and ODBC technique is utilized to implement interface of foreground application. Inputing module,database module, picture inserting module, outputting module and secondary module are finished using module technique so as to capability of the software is improved.

14 Improvements of Flow Pattern of Double Inlet Passage

Based on the model experiments for the 1st and 2nd double suction dock pumping station in Shanghai Waigaoqiao Ship Manufacture Base, the hydraulic characteristics of inlet system of double suction pumping station are investigated here. Also, the causes and damages of the reverse-flow and vortex in the intake chambers are analyzed theoretically, and the measurements to improve the inlet flow patterns are presented.

35 Present State and Development of Monitoring and Control Software of Large Pumping Station in China

Developing monitoring and control software is an important part in realizing comprehensive automation in large pumping station. The article analyzes the application of non configuration software of large pumping station and its shortcomings. The structure and function of advanced configuration software are discussed for its use in the large pumping station. It prospects the way of the software development and analyzes some new technology to improve the function of the software. It is suggested that configuration software for pumping station should be developed in China.

39 Research on Submersible Pump Microcomputer Intelligence Control System

In order to improve the lifetime of a submersible pump andits acting automation, a low cost submersible pump microcomputer intelligence control system is described. The principle of pump automatic control and safe protection is analyzed. The basic design method of the control system is presented. The control system used the way of default tree analysis so that the system has the function of intelligence protection. This will be helpful to the research on other microcomputer system.

42 Construction Design and Material Selection for Antirust Magnetic Valve

The magnetic valve is one of important parts in automation irrigation system. In order for the magnetic valve to run normally, it must have well waterproof antirust function. The principle of the antirust magnetic valve simply is introduced. Then design of construction and selection of material for the electromagnet of antirust magnetic valve fully are expounded. In the end, attention point of calculation for electromagnet coil is given. The experiments show that the above plan can satisfy the requirement.

45 Experimental Research on Electrostatic Spraying at Improving Atomization
WEN Jian long, WANG Jun feng, CHEN Song shan, WANG Ze, LUO Ti qian
Electrostatic spraying has been widely used in many fields, but there is few in depth reports in the theory of electrostatic spraying. According to the ring induction electrode and normal pressure nozzle. By measuring the droplets’ diameters and their velocity using PIV. The result of the research shows that electrostatic has efficient effect on droplets’ atomization, pulverization and enrichs the experimental research of electrostatic spraying.
