1 Design for the Blade Shape of Centrifugal Pump Using Bezier Curve

Bezier curve is used to design for the blade shape of centrifugal pump. A traditional method of third order polynomial calculation for the blade shape is abandoned, and the spline function that must solve huge equations and is very complicated is also avoided. Using Bezier curve can make design simply, and the blade shape can be controlled easily. It can satisfy the different demand for cavitation and efficiency.

4 Research of a New type Resisting High Temperature Magnetic Coupling

Synchronous magnetic couplings have been widely used in chemical industry, pharmacy and etc. If the working temperature is high, a synchronous magnetic coupling may not operate in normal state because of the demagnetization of magnets on its internal rotor. This problem has been a trouble for a long time. A new type magnetic coupling which works according to the operating principles of squirrel cage asynchronous motors can solve this problem effectively. Finite element method is used to determine the magnetic field distribution of this new type magnetic coupling. The calculated results of torque and the difference between the rotation speeds of internal rotor and external rotor are compared with the experimental results. The experimental results indicate that this design is practicable.

12 Studies on the XMB Diaphragm Pump Performance parameter Measuring System

It introduces how to measure and deal with the performance parameter about the flow rate, pressure, speed and torque of piston diaphragm pump. It also shows calibration of system sensor and anti interference measures and the hardware of measuring system is based on PC. Object language Delphi for Windows is adopted in the system software. Both fictitious instrument and modularization design ideals are used for programming. Experiment results disclose fine reliability, simple structure and exact measuring so it reaches the national standard GB7784—87.

This article studies the equality degree in irrigation through several common dripline PC about trees dripline system of DONGHUANG base. It advances a more practical method on evaluating the equality degree of dripline PC, and comes out the result about the capability of dripline PC, so it can help people to select it better and use it better.

27 Never to start Work Control Circuit of Three phase Motor in Pump

Three phase motor will be burnt out if it starts and works in the absence of phase. So special control circuit should be employed to protect motors, especially motors in pump like diving pump. Motor with this control circuit will never start to work in the absence of phase. Its features are: ①Motor will never start if any one of the phases is absent in the main circuit. ②Current source of main contactor coil is from motor connector, so motor will come to aut stop when any one of the phase is absent. ③Its riability is high.
