By using Fluent 14ª±5 commercial software,RNG ª«k-¦Åª« turbulence model, combined with UDF program loading speed change rule was used to carry out unsteady numerical simulation.The change [JP2]rules of flow rate and head and impeller¡äs [JP]acceleration torque and total efficiency and impeller¡äs axial force and radial force during the startup were analyzed.The results show that flow rate,head and total efficiency increase exponentially in the process of startup,which mainly depends on the startup characteristics of the driving motor, the acceleration torque of impeller decreases in the process of startup,when the pump speed reaches the maximum rating speed, the acceleration torque becomes zero. Because the flow rate is seriously deviated from the rated flow,which result in larger axial force and radial force at the very beginning of startup,with the increase of startup time, axial force and radial force gradually decrease and finally stabilize.The research provides a theoretical reference for the optimization design, vibration and noise diagnosis of centrifugal pumps.ª¤
