Abstract After reviewing and analyzing the problem of low insulation problem of oil-filled submersible motor pumps, and summarizing the experiences of other methods in solving the problem, the root cause for low insulation problem was found here. Without changing other technology and performance of pumps, the problem could be solved with through some technology and workmanship improvement.
