Abstract IW32 118 Micro centrifugal pump is reasonably designed, the established hydraulic model being quite satisfying and sound in structure. It is more difficult to design small flow and low specific speed micro centrifugal pumps because of their lower efficiency and harder machining. But an optimalized design is adopted here by combining the theories and experiments. By selecting reasonable parameters, the efficiency and machinability are enhanced to a certain degree.
