Design the Constant Pressure Water Supply System by Frequency Control |

Abstract The structure and work principle of isobarically water supply system based on PC frequency control is introduced. This system can automatically adjust water pump motor’s rotation speed to keep water supply pressure constant and reduce power loss. In allusion to specific method of using MSComm6.0 function carries out between PC and SIMATIC S7-300 PLC serial communication at pumping station’s scout system and gives a method of communication program by VC++. It keeps water supply pipe network constant pressure and makes water supply system keep in a perfect state for energy saving.
