Abstract In order to improve the lifetime of a submersible pump andits acting automation, a low cost submersible pump microcomputer intelligence control system is described. The principle of pump automatic control and safe protection is analyzed. The basic design method of the control system is presented. The control system used the way of default tree analysis so that the system has the function of intelligence protection. This will be helpful to the research on other microcomputer system.
