Abstract:A new type of multi-nozzle ejecting heater is proposed.The heating device consists of four water nozzles,steam inhalation room,four mixed spouts and diffuse spouts.Ejecting and heating performance of the heater at low steam pressure was studied through the experimental method.The working fluid was 9 ℃ water,and the ejecting fluid was 118~124 ℃steam.The inlet water pressure was changed from 0.1 MPa to 0.45 MPa.The results show that ejecting coefficient and the outlet water temperature decreases while the inlet water pressure rises.Ejecting coefficient decreases while the distance between water nozzle and mixed spout increases.The outlet water temperature increases while steam pressure rises.The temperature can rise by 85 ℃.Heating efficiency of the ejector can reach 99% when the distance between water nozzle and mixed spout is 38 mm.The ejector can operate safely and reliably in low pressure heating system.The risk of high pressure water flowing into low pressure extraction pipe can be eliminated in the confined room by directly mixed heating method.
