As most of failures in operating magnetic drive pump are closely related to the temperature of the containment shell,based on the analysis of the development of the monitoring technology in magnetic drive pump and considering the characteristic of airtight,the technology of single chip microcomputer was used to gather the real time temperature signal of the containment shell with temperature sensor,to magnify and correct the signal through converter,to transform the temperature analog quantity into digital quantity with A/D converter,to input the digital quantity to the CPU of the single chip microcomputer,and to monitor the temperature of containment shell of the operating machine.The overheat warning and shutdown protection are realized.The result shows that this system runs steadily and responds rapidly and correctly.This monitor system has practical value to diagnose and prevent failures of the magnetic drive pump,and to ensure the operation to be reliable and safe for the magnetic drive pump.
